Our take on a Brazilian churrasco night, flattened onto a pizza. Slow-cooked free-range lamb over a catupiry-style cream cheese base with fior di latte and caramelised onions.

Out of the oven it gets a spoonful of drained vinagrete and a zigzag of fresh chimichurri — bright, herby, and cutting straight through the richness.
